Ok, give me 24 hours to adjust my parsing script and once its ready I will push an update with all the files of "minified" folder. I will let you know once I'm done.
Thank you.

Indeed, Webshims Lib comes with a lot of existing libs in the "minified/shims" folder. But those files have to be there for Webshims Lib to work (their "path" is hardcoded in polyfiller.js). Plus, the files in "minified/shims/combos" are useful and can't be found elsewhere.
To answer your question, please note that Webshims Lib includes these third party libraries, but it also calls other libraries when they are available on a famous CDN (jQuery UI, mediaelement, swfobject, ...).
Maybe, for the other libs, he didn't find a suitable CDN and chose to include them.I'll suggest him to use a CDN solution such as yours for Webshims Lib 1.9, but for the current version, could you host them as-is ?
Thanks!

Except from the files in "extras" folder and polyfiller.js all the other files included are unmodified third-party libraries and plugins.
If you want and can, you could contact the author and ask him for a list of plugins he uses. Because sometime its really hard to find the plugin based on the name of the js file. After that I can upload all the plugins you need one by one.Best Regards,

Please include all the files provided in the zip, even if some resemble to other libraries (in particular, there is a "Modernizr custom build for Webshims Lib) and if others are CSS or SWF files (Webshims Lib needs them to work properly)
Thanks.
